Hello!
I’m Haley, (she/her) a NYC based singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor.
Growing up in Sarasota, Florida, I was constantly surrounded by art and it became an integral part of my life from an early age. While I was completing my BFA in Musical Theatre from Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music, I began my journey as a songwriter and fell in love with it. So much so, that I decided to specialize in Songwriting, earning an Emphasis in it as well. My music can best be described as indie-pop that’s rooted in storytelling and the art of survival.
At sixteen years old, I faced a life threatening illness called SJS/TEN (a disease that burns your body from the inside-out) due to medical negligence. During my treatment, I was told that I wouldn’t be able to perform again if I survived. Instead of accepting what the doctors said, I looked at them and said, “watch me.”
My illness has never stopped me from making my dreams part of my reality.
Immediately after graduating from college, I moved to NYC to pursue my career. Since moving to the city, I’ve been consistently booking shows at numerous NYC staples such as Rockwood Music Hall, Mercury Lounge, The Bitter End, and Arlene’s Grocery to name a few.
I want to use my art to raise awareness for chronic illnesses, help immunocompromised people feel less alone, and motivate the world to never give up.
